    Hi YS

I only have details for the gas man... the contact is 0163418631 or 0193632732. If anyone has grass cutter contact, I want too.

There is one grasscutter making his round at Palma. Saw a white badge he was wearing stating "contractor". I ask him which company he is from? He said he do the job alone and he is a Bangladeshi. He is asking for RM50.00 per job and RM35 per job on long term basis. Any comments from you guys whether his service is good and price is reasonable?

    Hi YSLIM,

It's good that you share the grass cutter information with us. The rate he's charging is alright and standard. You have identified another key issue that we face here. It seems like the outside contractor or worker could loom around our precinct soliciting business. We shall consider this a security breach and will seriously highlight it to the security major.

Since the new security firm has been appointed, no one other that the genuine visitors and job specific contractors are allowed to enter our precinct. The grass cutter is not suppose to appear in Palma looking for business. He could only come in should one of our resident engage him for grass cutting. Once he has completed his work, he's suppose to leave our precinct and not going door to door asking for business.

These days when time are bad and many people are prone to security threat.

    Thanks for bringing this up.

    Regards,
    Andy

    Hi everyone,
I need you guys to recommend me an antenna technician to fix my TV arial. I have tried a few but all of them can't guarantee a clear reception. The built-in one (supplied by Paramount) doesn't really work. Sorry la...
As for the grass cutter fellow on the bicycle, I am glad he is out of our precinct as he has been ringing my house door bell daily for the past whole week even when I told him we don't need our grass to be cut for this month. Now he is gone, thanks for the good work RA.

You might have tough luck finding antenna technician to fix the TV arial and guarantee clear reception. I also wish the landscaping company could guarantee the forever green for my lawn but the patch of grass on the side has turned into hays.
