Enough is enough!

I have been staying at Palma for the past 2 years enjoying the peaceful township. One of my favorite past time activities is to be a keen observer for Palma forum. All the while I enjoy reading some good postings from our fine neighbors but the incident took place last week was really a surprise to me. I could accept the minor disagreement among the neighbors but no sensible adult will involve in name calling. Calling people “monkey” and smearing people’s good name in the forum are totally unacceptable. Why on earth a matured adult wanted to call the neighbors Monkey? I feel very disgusted and offended while reading the forums because when someone started calling neighbors monkey, that means we are neighboring to monkey also. We don’t live in a zoo nor a jungle and it is definitely out of line to call people monkey. The behavior is totally unacceptable in our community.

I suppose everyone using the forum is bound to the etiquette and regulation. Why such a posting could be published to the public? What will happen if outsiders are reading our forum? I would hope whoever moderating the forum could do something to enforce regulation and not letting anyone having the free hand to launch personal attack. To live in harmony with neighbours we need to respect each other and not calling people monkey. I would hope the admin could do a better job next time and not letting this type of incidents from happening again. Disunity among the neighbors is not conducive for our property value.

This is the very first time I am writing in the forums after so many years. I don’t normally post any comments but what I saw last week was totally wrong. If anyone who do not agree with my comments, I welcome your feedback through this forum.

I do conjure with CS Chew on his comments. How could we start name calling our neighbor in the public? That's completely wrong and does not reflect much intelligent on that person who did name calling and does not reflect well on Palma as a whole elite community. Elite does do that. It's sad to see the admin didn't take any action to correct the situation soon enough.

The person who name calling also didn't apologize for the damages he has done as if nothing have happened. No doubt the admin has finally erased all the wrong doing of the person, he or she should stand out to dissolve the tensed situation.

I really hope people understanding the virtue of respecting neighbors before posting. The admin should step up to regulate personal insulting in the forum before our bad images drag down our property value. I never write in this forum and because of this I write. Too bad it's not a good start but at least I come out to speak for what's right!

Yes, I am the one who start this, I am still your neighbour but You can assume that I am not your neigbour, because you have your right to choose that.

In here I am not try to argue or fight that I am right in this issue, but I just tell why I do this.

1) I really not understand a RA committee can non stop keep post complaining thing and sarcastic thing to shoot own RA committee??? Why we need RA Comm? To do thinng to make the thing run or sit down and complain??? Then why want to be the RA Comm??? Once the thing post out mean that all the discussion in the meeting been expose to the PUBLIC too???So, why we need meeting among RA comm??? If today you hire a manager everyday complain in front of your worker how worst and lousy the company, you will feel very happy with him???

2) As a RA Comm, in the meeting, never get any permission from the President and others Comm, then started record the meeting quietly. After that can use the AUDIO file to Threated the RA president and SHARE the Audio File to Public???Do you think this is a RIGHT THING?? This how you treat your NEIGHBOUR and this is the way to respect RA Comm President?? I very sure this is offences against the person act. If get sue can get fine and get into jail. coz not only offence the president, also the RA COMM and everyone who in the meeting. If today your worker record in your company meeting and use the audio file to threated you and share online do you think you very happy with it?

3) As a RA Comm and also the FORUM moderator, can just post resident detail in the FORUM??? This is the way how to use the RIGHT of MODERATOR??? Non of the FORUM user can see others USER detail only MODERATOR and RA Comm can view the detail of resident. So, do you think this also the right thing? If today your manager take all the client detail and post online do you thing this is right thing???

I never said that I am right in this MONKEY issue but I will not apologize to anyone too. I also never ask forgive from anyone because I am just a small tiny non important dust in this community.

Wealthraider was about to shut down his laptop and hit the sack and was delighted to see good justice taking place in the forum. Thanks to CS Chew and Kienaik for standing up to speak for what's right for Palma. Wealthraider was about to write a short article about speaking through your heart and speaking up for the righteous. It is obvious that more and more Palma residents know how to differentiate the evil from the good.

As you may see, some people have been too adamant and naive to admit their wrong doing. He will knock down everyone to prove that he's the greatest and smartest. That's the reason why we have suggested to the Global Moderator, who happened to be our RA President to shut down all these nuisance. How could somebody publicly threaten to kill somebody's cat a few months ago and still being allow to participate in Palma forum? That person has obviously violated any regulation and etiquette of forums and no actions have been taken. It is life threatening and extortion law suite we are talking about here and it seems like the forum admin and global moderator are alright with that. Just recently, the same person could come back to the forum out of the blue and posted something naming the neighbors monkey. That's defamation lawsuit we are talking about. Even though the admin has managed to clean up all the ugly evidence, he/she has forgotten that someone might have a copy of the posting and might be used it against that person if needed.

Anyhow, i deeply appreciated CS Chew and Kienaik's courage in voicing up their thoughts. We need more of the similar minded person to speak up in order to over-shadow the unjust. Otherwise, one spoil brat will stain the good name of Palma and no one could do anything about it.

Does anyone wonder why? It's always good to own dual identity in the forum. Ones is good for going all out smashing everything that comes into his/her way while another comes to help on taking out all the postings unfavorable to the culprit. He could copy and paste an email stated late payment by somebody, with the name, home address and email address and still walk away from it. However, he could accuse some other for posting his particular and the forum admin will come in just in time to ban that innocent individual. It seems like that person is really working REAL CLOSE with the offender as if they are the same person.

Wealthraider wasn't try to inculcate moral sense in that person knowing that it's difficult to reason with someone who's feeding on banana. However, he would hope more people in the forum would stand up and speak for justice and good moral.

My only not educated person, I cant write flow flow English and have a lot of hidden meaning sentence. I am very straight fwd person, I will not know how to use a sweet words to make others feel happy. I will admit what I did, wrong is wrong , right is right. In this issue I never said that I am right means I am wrong. I will not run away what I did like certain people try to talk non sense to cover up what he did and I also not Dr.M make, try to make non sense statement to make every happy become the HERO. I just an idiot!!!

I will not do the thing behind others, because I do not hope people will do that on me, but sometime still happen but that is not my control I cant do anything. I am very sure, if the person can did something behind others, sure some day he or she will do the same thing to anyone to achieve what he or she want to achieve.

But at least I never use dirty trick in my life like record the others people dialog without he or she permission and use the Audio file as a weapon to threated others. I feel that is the way how the terrorist get their thing done. I do not hope my future generation be the terrorist.

Finally, there's a confession in place who publicly announced he doesn't have any moral value. Wealthraider feel pity for this fellow and his future generation looking at his conduct and his foreseeable child upbringing. It is definitely can't fall short of terrorist to be. Terrorist will publish a threat in the public demanding something in return or major massacre will take place. That special someone has taken a picture of a death cat and threaten the owner not to release her cat or else the picture depicted the consequences.

This fellow also failed to differentiate between ones who's trying to reinstate the facts and threatening the other using recorded voice clip. Wealthraider was trying to help refreshing the memory so that the other party would not repeatedly the wrong statement. This is not an act of disrespect but taking position on the righteous and not the false claim. A terrorist will act on blind faith and disregard the evil from the good. What to expect from a person who flunk the moral in SPM? Does he know what a respect is? It will be interesting to find out how he shows his respect to the president by showing his childish behavior in the public. It's almost like ones committed a crime and publicly announce he's somebody's disciple. Wealthradier is in doubt that will help the president in earning respect in the public.

Evaluating the same person from the intelligent perspective, why would ones trying to denounce his neighborhood when everyone is staying within the vicinity that could categorize as neighbor? Wealthraider finds this hard to comprehend and obviously he has failed to lower down his mentality to get equal with this person.

We have a person who has publicly confessed he is immoral and he did use the cat killing picture to threaten his neighbor. Why is he still posting anyway if he doesn't know how to respect his neighbors? Why is the admin allowing this type of behavior in the forum? Or is it because the admin very much appreciated his crudeness in relating to people. Wealthraider still couldn't understand on this perspective. What moral standard does the admin adopt that allow him/her to work so closely with this person and allowing his disrespect to the neighbors?

I don't know u....u don't know me & they don't know US!!
