"Dear residents,

The half yearly maintenance & security charges for January - June 2010 which amounted to RM480 is now due for payment.

If you are paying by cheque:
- Please make your cheque payable to "Persatuan Penduduk Jalan Kemuning Palma".
- Write your name, house number and street name at the back of the cheque.
- You may drop your cheque into the Drop-In box …

    Dear all and before I raise my issue, would like to bid everyone a big hello as this is my first visit to this informative portal.

    Had a street party yesterday and met up with Mr Toh + others, who guided me to this site.

    Anyway, after exchanging "kisah benars" with others about our houses, came home and realised that I do have hairline cracks (from wall to ceiling) in my guest room (down stairs). Will be calling up Paramount tomorrow. Meantime, any suggestions or anyone ever faced such a problem?

    Also, there are some mild cracks on the ceiling in one of my upstairs room.

    elo, Kaleon, welcome to the forum.

    yea, my house also have a lot of crack line. From dry kitchen to wet kitchen to toilet, to ceiling in y master bedroom.

    I am not sure what paramount can do, but we can call up them and ask, normally I think they give you the funny answer that you do not want to listen haha..Razz

    Well... I think cracks within the home in KU isn't a rare sighting... in fact, by now, PPD will not be bothered to do anything coz' warranty period is over and the only thing one can guess is that the soil within the KU area is really soft. So all owners have to bear with those cracks and hope that the crack does not worsened and water does not seep through those cracks.
