Maintenance & Security Fee

"Dear residents,

The half yearly maintenance & security charges for January - June 2010 which amounted to RM480 is now due for payment.

If you are paying by cheque:
- Please make your cheque payable to "Persatuan Penduduk Jalan Kemuning Palma".
- Write your name, house number and street name at the back of the cheque.
- You may drop your cheque into the Drop-In box …

    Dear car owner of JGF5368,

    I am know that your time is not enough to you everyday, but I think your life also not so long if you still drive in that kind of attitude.

    I just got back from out side, when I taking turn at the round about in front Bayu, saw a car in hi speed come from Sri muda direction and not stop at the round about there just turn into Palma direction, I horn the car because never give signal where which direction to go and never stop at the round about.
    Then turn into Palma guard house and take left turn with hi speed.

    Yes, the owner or JGF5368 if you still like to drive in hi speed in Palma area, please move our from here no body will welcome to stay in this area. because you never know how to respect others people life. Please move out from here if you want to drive in hi speed.~!!!!
