Maintenance & Security Fee

"Dear residents,

The half yearly maintenance & security charges for January - June 2010 which amounted to RM480 is now due for payment.

If you are paying by cheque:
- Please make your cheque payable to "Persatuan Penduduk Jalan Kemuning Palma".
- Write your name, house number and street name at the back of the cheque.
- You may drop your cheque into the Drop-In box …

    Hi Guys

    What about having a basketball game amongst your neighbours ? It is not about who is good but it is all about getting to know your neighbours. What do you guys think ? Let's organise one that will be the talk of the town ????????????

    Any volunteers out there to help organise this ?

    I have seen quite a number of emails (Committee Members Only) flying back and forth discussing about basketball game. There has been very much enthusiasm and excitement when talking about it. Perhaps most the RA members have been bogged down with haggling with Paramount over the transfer of management. Anyhow, I still think it's important for the neighbors or RA to play some sports together to harmonize the differences.

    To spice up the event and entice interest, I have invited a group of cheerleaders to cheer for us during the games.

    Let's Party with a Basketball Game Empty Mini basketball tournement in Palma

    Hi guys, how does a mini basketball tournament in Palma sound to u all because I think this is a good chance for the adults as well as the kids to have a small tournament to build up some bond as well to have some fun with the adults / teenagers. We can try having a team of 3 or 4 per team so that more people will be interested to join and have fun together. Cheers
