Drive careful at the round about

Just now i got back from work. I am from the lake direction go into Palma. At the round about in front Palma guard house, I saw 1 4WD car, just take right turn into Palma. Normally we suppose to take 3 O'Clock turn at the round about. but this 4WD not.
I think all have to be careful.

The 4WD is in black colour the number plate is start with "P".

This is very dangerous driving and must be avoided. another issue is the hump that the developer have made just before the round about, in my opinion its a way too far fro the round about and usually driver will pick up speed after this hump and you will see that they are not slowing down/stopping when approaching the round about and this will caused accident.

i would suggest that another hump is install just before the round about and this will surely slow the cars down...

Hi Xiang & Marlin,

Noted your concerned. 1stly the 4WD took an illegal way instead of negotiating the round about. My suggestion is to avoid personal confrontation. Take down the photo & deliver to Police station for traffic offence . The police will love to receive corporation from the public for all traffic offenders. ( If not mistaken, I think verbal complaint to the police along with the culprit Vehicle numbers will be good enough. Let them do thier home work ).

For Marlin concerned over the humps along the round about near Palma & permai & also round about near the bayu & from Sri Muda. I do agreed that the humps were constructed TOO FAR from the round about allowing all vehicles travel @ High speed without slowing down after crossing it.

I have indeed complaint to Paramount since they are the one who responsible for the above construction but to no avail.

THe next course of action is to complaint officially to MBSA requesting them to RELOCATE the position of humps nearer to road about & at the same time ask them to install the PU FLEXIBLE POST ALONG PASSAGE reaching the humps.(the road humps only contructed 1/2 coverage of the premix road near to Palma/Permai round about.)

Hence, Lots of cars will avoid the hump by driving to the adjacent road which will endanger oncoming cars of the opposite direction.

I will table it in our next forth coming meeting.

the PU flexible post is a very good idea and this will deter them from driving on the adjacent road trying to avoid the hump..another alternative is to build up divider kerb.
