The half yearly maintenance & security charges for January - June 2010 which amounted to RM480 is now due for payment.

If you are paying by cheque:
- Please make your cheque payable to "Persatuan Penduduk Jalan Kemuning Palma".
- Write your name, house number and street name at the back of the cheque.
- You may drop your cheque into the Drop-In box …

Hi

I read with great interest about the bad service in OldTown Kopitiam KK experienced by many residents here and I totally agree with them!
While I have yet to encounter outright rudeness there, on the 2 occasions that I have been there, service had been extremely slow and their service staff have a "tidak apa" attitude. They seemed to have quite a good no. of service staff around but they don't seem to be working - most of them were like "kelam-kabut". Their food is very mediocre and their coffee gives a bad name to "Ipoh Old Town" and of course their prices are crazy. Now I avoid going there.

Like some of you have recommended, Kheng's Kopitiam is better, in terms of food, coffee and service.
