Maintenance & Security Fee

"Dear residents,

The half yearly maintenance & security charges for January - June 2010 which amounted to RM480 is now due for payment.

If you are paying by cheque:
- Please make your cheque payable to "Persatuan Penduduk Jalan Kemuning Palma".
- Write your name, house number and street name at the back of the cheque.
- You may drop your cheque into the Drop-In box …

    The committee will compile all the problems and bring it out when we meet with the developers. We would like to know your problems and speak to the developer with one voice.

    Please include all this details in your email :-
    Name
    Address
    Phone number
    The complaint or suggestion specified in your email subject matter.
    Please specify the area affected, how long it is affected, did the developer rectify the problem before or is it a new problem, how many times the developer has rectified the problem. How long ago was it rectified. What do you think is the cause of the problem and why ?
